  • Severe or uncontrolled hypertension
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Severe anemia
  • Gastrointestinal conditions (e.g., Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis)
  • Rectal or intestinal tumors
  • Recent abdominal surgery
  • Severe hemorrhoids
  • Renal insufficiency
  • Active infections or contagious diseases
  • Pregnancy (consultation with your healthcare provider is required)
  • Fissures or fistulas in the rectum
  • Abdominal or inguinal hernias
  • History of colon cancer or significant gastrointestinal surgery
  • Severe dehydration
  • Advanced liver disease
